Our vision
Our vision is to create a suitable environment for children with disabilities within the area so they may become involved in household and social activities equally with able people. This vision includes the development of Patan CBR into a CBR Resource Centre in collaboration with various government and non-government organizations.
Currently we operate in only a small part of our target districts:
| Lalitpur: | the city of Patan and 19 out of 41 rural communities (VDCs) | |
| Kathmandu: | the city of Kathmandu and 6 out of 57 VDCs | |
| Nuwakot: | 1 out of 61 VDCs |
We currently provide help for around 700 children with disabilities, out of an estimated total in the area of over 40,000.
